MindPsych is about connecting you with your own ideas, strengths and capacities. We help you focus your creative energy on building your life utilising western psychology and eastern spiritual methods.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, anger and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Using western psychology and eastern spiritual approaches, you will learn how to focus your creative energy on building a better life. Whether you are looking for change in yourself, your close relationships, or your wider world, this workshop will provide you with the insight and skills to create a more meaningful and fulfilling way of being. It will help you explore your inner resources for activating creativity, vitality, well-being and connectedness with others.
Meditation is a way to bring the bustling mind to stillness and tranquility. Through the regular practice of meditation we can silence our conscious thoughts which leads to a unique concentration and “one-pointedness of mind.” Meditation practice brings about an internal balance, mental collectedness and acute awareness of the present moment.
Creating intimacy and maintaining it in a relationship is often a major challenge for couples. This workshop allows couples to safely explore and express their own needs for intimacy and to help identify where feelings are blocked or difficult to access. Couples learn new ways of communicating and how their responses encourage mutual satisfaction.
Living with a chronic or serious illness has many challenges. This workshop will give you tools to manage the emotional rollercoaster, develop effective coping strategies, be self compassionate and reframe your life goals so that you can live well.
