This workshop allows couples to safely explore and express their own needs for intimacy and to help identify where feelings are blocked or difficult to access. As a group facilitator and educator she has worked in a number of academic institutions, agencies and in private practice and has developed a unique ability to relate deeply to clients in a way that facilitates their change and learning. Dhurva is interested in the impact of meditation and mindfulness practices on the therapeutic process.
